Caitlin Levin and Henry Hargreaves are the authors, having a real passion for travel, they wanted to represent the complexity of the world through its various palates. Their maps are made with traditional dishes, and are a creative way of representing the cultural identities of the countries with typical local products. This project reflects how food brings people together and brings them together.
